1 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions form the basis for operating the fancywin platform and its related services. The term "platform" refers to fancywin's website, mobile application, and all digital channels. The term "member" refers to any registered user.

fancywin reserves the right to amend, expand, or revise these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform, and continued use after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend revisiting this page from time to time.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

21+ Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the fancywin platform and participate in any casino or betting activity. fancywin may request necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, fancywin reserves the right to close that account without notice and withhold the associated balance.

2.4 Account Security

It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, fancywin support must be notified immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the fancywin platform are currently supported via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal. fancywin may request a national identity card, mobile number verification, or other documents as needed. Failure to provide the required information on time may delay the withdrawal.

3.4 Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized, fancywin will suspend it and conduct an investigation. If irregularities are confirmed, the associated account and funds may be seized.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement must be met — bonus winnings are only withdrawable after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; the bonus ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotions

fancywin runs various promotions from time to time, including weekly redeposit bonuses, slots bonuses, cricket bonuses, and birthday gifts. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility conditions, which are stated in the offer details.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Strategically managing accounts to earn bonuses, using multiple accounts, or placing manipulative bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, any unused bonus and winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Decisions

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless fancywin decides to do so under special circumstances. Loss of internet connection or technical errors will not alter the outcome of a bet; the bet already registered on the server will be considered final.

5.2 Cancelled Events

If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that event will generally be refunded. However, the refund rules may vary depending on the type of event and the reason for cancellation.

5.3 System Errors

In cases of incorrect payments or winnings caused by software or hardware errors, fancywin reserves the right to correct or void the relevant amount. Claims by members on winnings resulting from technical errors will not be accepted.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed alongside the relevant game or market, and fancywin may change them at any time.

6 VIP Program

fancywin's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — members at the highest Diamond tier can receive up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular participation on the platform; however, specific turnover thresholds should not be assumed to apply unless stated.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. Attempting to share or transfer VIP benefits across multiple accounts may result in cancellation of the relevant membership.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fancywin platform:

• Money laundering or attempting to clean funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Conducting betting or gaming with the assistance of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any attempt at hacking.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Collaborative cheating or manipulation against other members.
• Managing an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.

If any such activity is detected, fancywin will close the account without notice and will notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is never sold to third parties. However, limited information may be shared when required by law, for fraud investigations, or for payment processing purposes. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep data secure.

9 Responsible Gaming Commitment

fancywin believes that entertainment should be controlled and responsible. The platform is not intended for anyone who is at risk of addiction or whose financial situation is not suitable for betting.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by fancywin

If any allegation or evidence of a breach of these terms is found, fancywin may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. Whether the legitimate balance of a closed account will be returned depends on the outcome of the investigation.

10.2 Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact fancywin support. If existing wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, the associated bonus balance will be cancelled.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

A separate fancywin policy may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. If any fee is deducted due to inactivity, the member will be informed in advance.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any bet, payment, or account matter, please contact the fancywin support team first. The support team is available in both Bengali and English, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, via live chat and email.

The deadline for submitting a dispute is within 30 days from the date of the relevant transaction or event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted.

fancywin's decision will be considered final unless a different outcome is reached through independent third-party mediation. In all disputes, the platform's server logs and records will be considered the final evidence.

12 Limitation of Liability

fancywin makes every effort to ensure the platform is available at all times. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to server maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

fancywin is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside the platform, such as loss of internet connection, power outages, or third-party service failures. fancywin will also not be held liable for financial losses resulting from a member's own decisions.

13 Mobile Application

fancywin's Android (APK) and iOS mobile applications are available and must be obtained through official channels. fancywin is not responsible for any issues arising from using an app downloaded from unauthorized third-party sources.

These same terms and conditions apply fully to the use of the mobile app.

14 Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each bonus or promotion together form the complete agreement between fancywin and the member. No verbal or other promise outside this agreement is binding.

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. Failure to enforce any specific term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
